Marketing Intern
Ruck Sox is a SOF Disabled Veteran-Owned Company that manufactures performance socks designed to prevent blisters for ruckers and performance athletes. They are seeking a motivated Digital Media Intern to assist with marketing and content initiatives across digital platforms, providing hands-on experience in digital marketing strategy and brand building.

Responsibilities
Assist with content creation for social media platforms, including ideation, caption writing, and light design support where applicable
Support social media management, including post scheduling, engagement monitoring, and execution of content strategies
Help build and maintain content calendars aligned with broader marketing goals
Contribute to copywriting for social media posts, email campaigns, and light promotional or web content
Assist with email marketing, including campaign planning, drafting, and performance review
Support consistent brand voice and messaging across all digital platforms
Gain exposure to social media strategy, audience engagement tactics, and performance-driven decision making
Collaborate with the team and participate in one virtual team meeting per week
Qualification
Required
Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Strong written communication skills with an interest in digital media and content strategy
Organized and able to manage deadlines while working at your own pace
Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn through hands-on experience
Positive, professional, and collaborative team attitude
Healthy sense of humor is a plus
Comfortable receiving feedback and using it to grow
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
Preferred
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing concepts is preferred but not required
Students or recent graduates from Campbell University, North Carolina State University, or University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill will be given preference
