Own production logistics end-to-end
Briefing, budgeting, vendor coordination, shoot management, delivery
You're the single point of contact who keeps everything moving so creative can do its job
Qualification
Required
Based in Philadelphia or within commuting distance
3+ years producing campaigns (video, photo)
Comfortable managing multi-market shoots with regional crews
Fluent in the culture we work in—streetwear, sneakers, youth/diverse audiences
Someone who doesn't need to be educated on what makes content feel authentic
Preferred
Existing relationships with local vendors, talent, locations in PHI/NYC/DMV
Experience with fast-turn post workflows (48-72 hr delivery)
Enterprise client experience (SOWs, procurement processes, NET 30)
