Andor Health is seeking a Quality Assurance Technician who will be a key contributor to product excellence. This hands-on role involves hardware assembly and quality testing to ensure products meet internal standards and customer requirements.

Responsibilities

Ensure product excellence and compliance with standards using all required testing tools/equipment. Assemble and configure hardware components and kits for client deployments
Perform functional testing and validation of devices using proprietary platforms and online tools
Ensure compliance with quality standards using appropriate diagnostic and testing equipment
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and accurately document each step
Prepare and stage medical equipment stations for onsite deployment
Identify, report, and help resolve product or quality issues in a timely manner
Collaborate with leadership to suggest and implement process improvements

Required

Minimum one to two (1-2) years of experience in quality control and quality assurance in a manufacturing setting required
Experience with hardware assembly
Expertise in following SOP and documenting steps followed in process after completion
Proficiency with testing software, diagnostic tools, and documentation systems
High school diploma required
