Responsibilities

Oversee and manage the general ledger and ensure accuracy in financial reporting

Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable operations efficiently

Perform cost accounting and inventory accounting tasks to maintain precise records

Manage manufacturing cost accounting processes to support operational needs

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper financial controls and compliance

Provide guidance and support during the knowledge transfer process

Prepare and analyze financial statements to aid in business decision-making

Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records and processes

Streamline accounting procedures to improve efficiency during the transition

Ensure all regulatory and audit requirements are met

Required

Minimum of 10 years of experience in accounting or financial management

Expertise in cost accounting and inventory accounting

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and evolving environment

Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills

Proven ability to handle transitional roles and knowledge transfer processes
