Responsibilities

Facilitate clear and effective communication between executives and employees to address concerns and foster understanding
Conduct thorough investigations into employee relations issues and provide actionable recommendations
Develop and implement strategies to manage employee performance and resolve workplace challenges
Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations, maintaining ethical and legal standards
Collaborate with leadership to design and execute employee engagement initiatives
Provide guidance and support to managers in handling sensitive employee relations matters
Analyze employee feedback to identify trends and recommend improvements to policies and practices
Create and maintain documentation related to employee relations investigations and resolutions
Promote an inclusive and respectful workplace culture by addressing labor relations concerns
Offer expert advice on labor-related issues, ensuring alignment with organizational goals

Required

Minimum of seven years of experience in employee relations or a related field
Proven expertise in conducting employee relations investigations with discretion and attention to detail
Strong knowledge of local employment laws and labor regulations
Experience in performance management and handling workplace disputes
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage employees at all levels
Ability to analyze data and trends to inform decision-making and policy updates
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across departments and build positive relationships
Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to fostering a respectful and inclusive workplace
