The Technical Co-Founder and Lead Architect will be responsible for architecting and building the MVP from scratch, establishing the development lifecycle, and ensuring quality and scalability in the codebase.

Responsibilities
Architect and build our MVP from scratch, choosing the perfect stack for scale, security, and a flawless user experience
Establish the entire development lifecycle, infrastructure, and codebase as if it’s the next unicorn (because it will be)
Be the guardian of quality: write immaculate, scalable, and maintainable code
Proactively identify and neutralize technical, security, and scalability risks before they exist. We need a builder who sees around corners
Work directly with the founder (that's me lol) to transform visionary ideas into elegant, technically sound features
Qualification
Required
A strategic engineer who understands that the right technical decision today is the one that allows for scale and pivot two years from now
Proven experience building and shipping robust, user-facing applications (mobile or web). Show us your craft
Deep expertise in modern stacks (e.g., React Native/Flutter, Node.js/Python/Go, cloud services like AWS/Azure/GCP, and database design)
The innate ability to translate complex problems into simple, efficient systems. You don't just fix bugs; you design systems where bugs fear to tread
An entrepreneurial spirit. You thrive on autonomy, ownership, and the exhilarating pressure of building something that has to matter
Exceptional communication skills. You can explain complex technical constraints in simple terms to a non-technical founder
