Responsibilities
Handle civil litigation cases, ensuring all legal processes are followed accurately and efficiently
Draft and file motions, briefs, and other legal documents with precision and attention to detail
Conduct thorough discovery processes, including gathering evidence and preparing documentation
Represent clients in court proceedings and depositions, advocating effectively on their behalf
Collaborate with colleagues to develop case strategies and provide legal advice
Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to the practice area
Analyze case files and legal issues to provide sound recommendations
Manage client relationships professionally and maintain confidentiality
Prepare for and participate in hearings and trials as needed
Review and interpret legal contracts and agreements
Qualification
Required
Must hold a valid license to practice law
Demonstrated expertise in civil litigation, with proven experience handling cases
Proficiency in drafting motions, briefs, and other legal documents
Strong knowledge of discovery processes and procedures
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality work
Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations in the jurisdiction
