Responsibilities
Develop and implement program strategies that align with business objectives and support high-level project plans
Oversee the integration of multiple projects, ensuring they meet scope, timeframes, and budget requirements
Communicate program updates, strategies, and changes effectively to IT and business leadership
Deliver all projects within the IT portfolio on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic goals
Track key project milestones and collaborate with Project Managers to recommend necessary adjustments
Partner with senior business leaders to identify and prioritize IT opportunities to achieve enterprise goals
Ensure the use of standardized project management methodologies and tools across all initiatives
Lead and mentor project teams, providing guidance to ensure successful execution
Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements to optimize program outcomes
Manage resource allocation and risk assessments to ensure program success
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
Project Management certification is required
10 to 15 years of experience in IT and business/industry roles, including at least 8 years of project management experience
Proven leadership experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role
Extensive knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
Strong expertise in budget processes and financial management
Familiarity with software development, wireless technologies, and mobile solutions
Ability to manage large-scale integrations and enterprise-level project portfolios effectively
