Responsibilities

Manage personal injury cases independently, from initial filing to resolution, with the support of a dedicated paralegal

Draft and file legal documents including motions, complaints, and demand letters

Conduct discovery by preparing and responding to requests, ensuring thorough case preparation

Meet with new and existing clients to discuss case details, provide updates, and offer legal advice

Prepare for and represent clients in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials

Collaborate with colleagues to develop strategies and solutions for complex cases

Maintain accurate and organized case files, ensuring compliance with legal standards

Stay updated on changes in personal injury law to provide informed legal counsel

Required

Must be a licensed attorney with authorization to practice law

At least 1 year of experience in civil litigation or personal injury law

Proven ability to draft motions, complaints, and other legal documents

Strong skills in discovery processes, including preparing and responding to requests

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for client meetings and courtroom representation

Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously

Experience preparing for and conducting trials, mediations, and depositions

Commitment to providing high-quality legal services and achieving favorable outcomes
