Lead HRIS implementations, upgrades, testing, and post-launch optimization
Perform data imports/exports, UAT testing, and quality checks
Maintain CRTs, lookup tables, and system configurations
Collaborate with IT and stakeholders to resolve issues and improve workflows

Required

3+ years' experience as a business analyst in enterprise HR systems (4,000+ employees)
Expertise in Power BI, Microsoft Office, and HR tech platforms
