Wecom Fiber is seeking an experienced systems engineering professional focused on integration and automation. The selected candidate will design and maintain automation workflows, manage Linux-based systems, and collaborate with various teams to improve operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain automation workflows for system and network operations

Build and manage Linux-based systems supporting systems and network infrastructure

Develop scripts and tools (Python, Bash, etc.) to automate repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency

Integrate enterprise business systems and platforms using APIs and orchestration frameworks

Collaborate with network engineers, system administrators, and DevOps teams to streamline processes

Document automation processes and provide training to team members

Required

5+ years dynamic scripting language experience such as Python, Ruby, or Groovy

Thorough understanding of the Agile Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)

Strong proficiency in Linux administration

Advanced scripting skills in Python, Bash, PowerShell, or similar languages

Experience with API integration and automation frameworks (e.g., Ansible, Terraform)

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control (Jenkins or Git)

Preferred

Experience with cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP)

Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)

Experience with message brokers such as Kafka or RabbitMQ

Working knowledge of AI and LLM systems and tools

Exposure to network monitoring tools and telemetry systems

2+ years of experience in network engineering or related field

Solid understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, etc.)

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
