Responsibilities
Define requirements, scope, and deliverables for compliance projects and programs
Develop project schedule, key milestones, and budgetary needs for individual projects
Coordinate priorities, track updates to products, and maintain detailed project documentation
Oversee execution of multiple global compliance projects, ensuring on-time delivery and quality results
Provide weekly and ad-hoc status reports to leadership and stakeholders
Conduct post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
7+ years of professional experience in project management
Demonstrated ability to lead multiple, complex projects/programs in a global environment
Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira)
Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
Proven experience leading cross-functional teams in matrixed organizations
Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
Self-starter with high organizational skills and the ability to work independently
Comfortable presenting updates to senior leadership and driving change across teams
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Project Management, Engineering, Business, Data Analytics, or related field
Knowledge of global product compliance regulations and standards a plus
Willingness to travel, nationally and internationally sporadically
