Account Executive (Physical Security)

They are seeking an Account Executive for Physical Security Solutions, responsible for driving sales, maintaining client relationships, and delivering physical security solutions to organizations across the state.

Responsibilities

Identify new business opportunities and proactively reach out to potential customers through various sales channels, such as cold calling, networking events, and referrals
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to educate prospective clients on the features and benefits of our products/services
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products/services, as well as the industry trends and competitors, to effectively position our offerings
Create customized sales proposals and negotiate terms that align with both the client's needs and company objectives
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular follow-ups and excellent customer service
Collaborate with the internal teams to ensure smooth and successful client onboarding and project implementation
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company
Continuously update and maintain accurate sales records and CRM database
Stay updated on market trends, industry news, and competitors' activities

Required

Experience in B2B sales, ideally in physical security, low voltage integration, IT services or related technical industries
Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to run discovery, establish value, and tailor solutions to customer needs
High comfort level with prospecting and developing new relationships, territory growth requires initiative and discipline
Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills
High integrity, strong follow-through, and a commitment to solving real problems for customers
