Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service in person and over the phone
Assist with account inquiries, transactions, and general banking support
Perform administrative and clerical tasks, including data entry and document processing
Handle inbound calls and resolve customer questions promptly and professionally
Support branch operations and collaborate with team members to meet goals
