Responsibilities
Be responsible for diagnosing and repairing parts after testing to ensure quality and functionality
Utilize strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues, maintain repair records, and ensure the accuracy of inventory records
Pick up defective products from customers and safely pack repaired products to return to customers
Coordinate with the shipping team to ensure timely delivery back to customers
Qualification
Required
Strong understanding of lithium batteries
Ability to diagnose and repair parts after testing to ensure quality and functionality
Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues
Ability to maintain repair records
Ability to ensure the accuracy of inventory records
Ability to pick up defective products from customers and safely pack repaired products to return to customers
Ability to coordinate with the shipping team to ensure timely delivery back to customers
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Ability to build and maintain relationships with colleagues & customers
