Hybrid Executive/Personal Assistant to Investor
C-SUITE ASSISTANTS is seeking an Executive/Personal Assistant for an entrepreneur relocating from the UK to Los Angeles. The role involves managing complex scheduling, investor coordination, and supporting the principal with both business and personal tasks in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
Manage complex scheduling, investor/LP coordination, and multi-time zone calendars
Prepare meeting briefs, presentations, and organize deal materials and data rooms
Coordinate travel, itineraries, and logistics for business and fundraising trips
Be the point of contact for the individual businesses
Keep the principal organized and on track
Communicate with clients
Maintain organization across multiple companies (task lists, document systems, CRM tracking)
Manage the executive’s calendars, priorities, communications, and meeting preparation
Support with occasional personal tasks: car registration, liaise with CPA (gather docs and KIs, organize investment info, etc)
Research and hire vendors for the home when needed
Vet and prioritize the executive’s inbox
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a related support position
BA/BS from a college or university
Experience in private equity, hedge funds, venture capital, or investment bank required
Comfortable interacting with LPs, founders, and senior executives
Able to thrive in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment
Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
Polished, professional demeanor
Outstanding communication skills (written and verbal)
Exceptionally organized, discreet, and detail-oriented
High emotional intelligence, sound judgment, and a proactive mindset
Comfortable working independently
Preferred
