Responsibilities
Commit to continual improvement, training & professional growth
Perform commercial tire and wheel replacements and installations
Dismount wheels using lug wrenches and other hand and power tools
Repair, balance, rotate, mount, and replacement of commercial tires/wheels
Services calls as scheduled by service manager
Keeping service vehicle fully stocked
Preventative maintenance of the service vehicle – daily inspection, oil changes, etc
Perform basic facility maintenance, shop clean up, and organization
Look for opportunities to improve our products & services
Other essential and non-essential duties as assigned by management
Qualification
Required
Ability to pass a background & drug screen
6 months commercial tire experience required
Valid driver's license
3-yr Clean MVR with no DUIs
Self-motivated & dependable

Adaptable & flexible
Ability to work and learn in a physically demanding environment
