Responsibilities
Originate and structure private credit transactions for enterprise software and technology companies, with an emphasis on SaaS and ARR-based lending
Leverage an existing book of business and established relationships with private equity and growth equity sponsors
Drive new deal flow from initial sourcing through execution in partnership with internal investment and portfolio teams
Lead negotiations and structuring for complex, sponsor-backed transactions
Qualification
Required
8+ years of origination experience in private credit, direct lending, or structured credit
Proven track record originating enterprise software / SaaS / ARR-based loans
Established sponsor-backed relationships within the PE and growth equity ecosystem
Deep understanding of software business models and recurring revenue credit dynamics
Ability to independently source, structure, and close transactions
