Responsibilities
Answering incoming phone calls from existing customers regarding account information
Offering information to potential customers
Taking new applications and processing payments via phone
Documenting customer concerns and problems
Updating and changing account holder information
Basic data entry and follow up mail & email correspondence
Performing account maintenance, including account changes, adjustments, and statement requests
Accurately explaining the terms/conditions and policies/procedures relating to the account
Preparing reports including CSR Daily Activity report and cash out report
Demonstrating the ability to proactively address customer requests and explain terms and conditions
Qualification
Required
Proficient Data Entry and Computer Literacy
Positive demeanor
Customer Service experience - Call Center preferred, but not necessary
Strong attendance record
Reliable transportation or ability to travel on the bus route
HS Diploma or GED - need proof for onboarding
