Resource Label Group is a steadily growing organization seeking a Maintenance/Equipment Service Technician to join their team. The role involves ensuring that the plant, office areas, and exterior property grounds are continuously cleaned and maintained to uphold a pristine facility.

Responsibilities

Maintenance and repair of the facility's systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical machines and structural components

Restock washroom supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, and soap

Sanitize and clean entire bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, floors, and mirrors

Empty garbage cans from the kitchen, restrooms, and other areas throughout the facility

Mop front office and reception areas, along with other areas as needed

Maintain the break room daily, including weekly cleaning of the refrigerator

Dry mop storage rooms and production areas throughout the facility

Inspect the exterior property daily for issues, including cleaning and trash removal

Take weekly inventory of cleaning and bathroom supplies and submit to designated personnel

Required

High school diploma or GED, and a minimum of three years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Must be able to stand regularly and walk frequently

Must be able to stand for 8+ hrs. a day

Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds with or without mechanical assistance
