Make outbound calls to previous leads and prospects to reintroduce services and schedule appointments
Respond to inbound inquiries and provide timely, professional information
Collaborate with the sales and scheduling teams to ensure smooth handoffs
Track all activity in the CRM accurately and update lead status
Achieve weekly/monthly appointment and conversion goals
Provide exceptional customer service and represent the company professionally
Qualification
Required
Excellent communication and active listening skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling rejection professionally
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Motivated, goal-oriented, and self-starting
Preferred
Previous sales, call center, or customer service experience preferred, but not required
