Consultative Sales Strategist (B2B Services)
Personameant Solutions helps business owners shift from operator to CEO through structure, systems, and strategic support. They are seeking a consultative, relationship-driven Sales Strategist who can guide CEOs through thoughtful buying decisions and articulate the ROI of their services.
Responsibilities
Conduct discovery-based sales calls with business owners and CEOs
Diagnose operational, leadership, and structural challenges through strategic questioning
Recommend the right service or engagement (VIP Intensives, consulting retainers, strategic builds) based on readiness and need
Clearly articulate the ROI of systems, delegation, and structure
Build trust and credibility with high-level decision makers
Follow up with warm leads and nurture longer sales cycles
Track conversations and outcomes in the CRM
Collaborate with leadership to refine messaging, offers, and objections handling
Qualification
Required
3+ years in B2B services sales (consulting, coaching, professional services, agencies, or similar)
Experience with high-ticket or long-cycle sales
Proven ability to close based on value, not urgency tactics
Strong verbal communication and listening skills
A consultative seller, not a script reader
Comfortable talking to CEOs, founders, and executives
Confident discussing business operations
Confident discussing systems and processes
Confident discussing delegation and team structure
Confident discussing scaling challenges
Able to guide conversations with authority and empathy
Skilled at helping clients connect their pain points to strategic solutions
Organized, disciplined, and able to manage follow-up independently
Preferred
Background in operations, project management, or business strategy
Experience selling to women-led or service-based businesses
Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, etc.)
