Responsibilities

Monitoring Incoming & Outgoing Mails (Daily)
Support to departmental requirements by preparing name cards and stamps
Purchase the stationaries, envelopes and other required items
Support with the servicing of all printers & copiers if necessary
Check the required supporting documents for the payment of Courier Service
Check the Pre-Clearance form of all gifts & entertainment (both offer and acceptance) in GEM system and prepare settlement applications to proceed for the settlement process
Prepare for the Internal Lunch Meeting within the branch
Prepare the report for bank’s own phone bill and settle at Myanmar Post & Telecommunication office in monthly basic
Control of Bank own’s vehicles and prepare monthly Fuel Consumption Report
Register for GCMS OTP Token receipt and inform the front office and back office
Assists in event management of the branch
Act as Level 1 Alert Reviewer in Third Party Service Provider sanction screening process
Participating in Projects
Manage keys and access cards of the Branch users
Handle logistic arrangements such as flight booking, hotel reservation for staff’s business trips and support in ferry arrangement of the staff
Assist MD (Head of Yangon Branch) in managing meeting schedules, appointments, business trips and other administrative tasks
Any ad-hoc duties assigned by HOD or supervisor from time to time

Required

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in office administration role, facilities management, familiarity with motor insurance, and vendor payment
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Good communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
Excellent communication, negotiation, problem solving and presentation skills
Good organizational and multitasking skills
Detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive attitude
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet deadlines
