Confidential Jobs is seeking a Director of Ecommerce who is a customer and data-led leader responsible for overseeing all ecommerce functions across the business. Responsibilities

Own and deliver profitable growth results for one or more online storefronts
Define and execute digital marketing strategies that drive sales, margin, and overall business performance
Partner closely with Merchandising to develop and execute ecommerce product and pricing strategies that resonate with customers
Communicate and negotiate with suppliers to identify cost-reduction and margin-enhancement opportunities
Lead financial planning for all areas impacting the digital business, ensuring alignment with revenue and profitability goals
Serve as the voice of the customer across all digital touchpoints, ensuring strong brand positioning and a frictionless user experience
Bring the site to life through improved discoverability, consistent “always-on” messaging, compelling value propositions, and effective onsite marketing
Leverage data to inform decision-making, guiding digital product enhancements that can be A/B tested to improve conversion and engagement
Research, evaluate, and advocate for new and innovative technologies that drive meaningful improvements to the ecommerce experience
Inspire and lead change across a semi-matrixed organization with a hands-on, solutions-oriented approach

Required

Proven experience driving product discoverability, content ecosystem development, and end-to-end customer journey planning
Strong background in assortment expansion and rationalization, pricing strategy, negotiation, and competitive positioning
Ability to set a clear ecommerce vision and strategy that delivers sustainable, profitable growth
Demonstrated financial acumen, including ownership of sales plans, forecasting, and monthly EBITDA targets
Customer-first mindset with the ability to 'step into the customer's shoes' and create compelling, sticky digital experiences
Experience identifying and redefining white-space opportunities and addressing assortment gaps to unlock new growth
