Answer incoming calls from prospective guests and travel agents
Will handle calls in both French and English!
Assist with booking new reservation or updating a prior requests
Handle all general questions or inquiries
Qualification
Required
Bilingual in Spanish and English
Ability to work any shift between 6:00am-6:00pm Sun-Sat
High Speed Internet
Ability to answer incoming calls from prospective guests and travel agents
Ability to handle calls in both French and English
Ability to assist with booking new reservations or updating prior requests
Ability to handle all general questions or inquiries
