Construction
Responsibilities
Perform finish carpentry
Framing with steel sutds (wood is limited)
Familiar with plans and layout of projects
Assist with remodeling, drywall, steel studs, blocking, insulation, and acoustical ceilings
Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment and follow safety guidelines
Have hand tools
We have a hand tool reimbursement program to help you buy your own
Qualification
Required
Experience in carpentry, including working with hand tools and finishing techniques
Ability to read and interpret blueprints for various projects
Knowledge of steel studs, remodeling, drywall, and acoustical ceilings installations
Able to take direction from Foreman or Superintendents
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
Reliable transportation, or ability to be on time
Willing to work extra, receive overtime pay and ability to lift over 50lbs
Preferred
Experience with all finishes, cabinetry, and carpentry project
Can work on renovations, build outs, ground up, or light industrial jobs
Knowledge of personal protective equipment and safety protocols
Knowledge of power tools, hand tools, and operating equipment needed for this role
