Associate IT&S Technician
Northwell Health is seeking an Associate IT&S Technician to assist and support medical application users. The role involves maintaining and troubleshooting software and hardware, providing end-user support, and implementing new software modules.

Responsibilities
Assists in modifying and maintaining medical application parameters, dictionaries; provides hands-on support and training to end users
Assists in testing and implementation across other clinical applications
Works with end users to establish procedures; helps screen order sets and other reference material
Investigates problems between applications and other interfaced systems and instruments
Installs, monitors, and maintains all hardware and all remote software systems in offices and nursing homes
Assists in coordination with vendors on break/fix issues as necessary
Participates in the disaster recovery and back up/recovery drills
Complies with regulatory agency standards and participates in preparation for visits
