Responsibilities
Serve as first-chair on complex commercial and civil litigation matters
Grow and leverage your existing book alongside firm clients
Lead litigation strategy, risk management, and key client relationships
Build, manage, and scale litigation teams (associates/paralegals may come with you)
Partner with firm leadership and operations to design scalable, tech-enabled workflows
Mentor attorneys into high-performing, AI-literate litigators
Qualification
Required
10+ years of commercial/civil litigation experience
Meaningful first-chair trial experience
Portable, sustainable book of business
Thinks in terms of systems, leverage, and scale
Entrepreneurial and comfortable leading lawyers and processes
Has considered—or could credibly consider—starting their own
