Responsibilities
Performing troubleshooting and technical support for customers
Addressing and resolving equipment issues in the field
Key responsibilities include preventive maintenance tasks
Overseeing equipment installations
Providing training to users
Delivering exceptional customer service while working directly with clients to ensure optimal satisfaction
Qualification
Required
Strong expertise in Field Service and Preventive Maintenance to ensure efficient operation of equipment
Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Technical Support to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively
Excellent Customer Service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and maintain professional client relationships
Ability to understand technical documentation and schematics
Willingness to travel as needed and work on-site in Austin, TX
Preferred
Previous experience in a similar technical role is preferred
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical Services, or a related field is a plus
