Responsibilities
Performs diversified clerical duties which may include, but are not limited to: Typing various correspondence, reports, articles; Greeting and directing visitors; Answering telephones, taking messages, directing intercom pages; Scheduling appointments/meetings; Maintaining department/office files, record keeping, patient record filing; Taking meeting minutes; Collecting payments; Keeping inventory and ordering supplies for the department/office

Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent required
1-3 years of relevant experience required
1-3 years of relevant experience in an administrative, customer service, or office support role
Preferred
Prior experience in a healthcare setting is a significant plus
Prior experience ordering medical supplies is a significant plus
Excellent phone etiquette and a compassionate approach to patient interaction are a plus
Demonstrated excellent data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy and proficiency in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
EPIC experience strongly preferred
Highly organized, detail-oriented, reliable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
