Predactica™ is seeking a senior AI Architect who has designed and shipped production AI systems. This role is responsible for end-to-end AI architecture across traditional ML, Generative AI, and Agentic AI, focusing on practical implementation, scalability, and governance.

Responsibilities

Design end-to-end AI architectures from data ingestion to inference and monitoring
Build and deploy predictive ML systems (classification, forecasting, optimization)
Design GenAI systems including RAG, embeddings, evaluation, and hallucination mitigation
Architect Agentic AI workflows (task planning, tool usage, human-in-the-loop)
Define reference architectures, technology choices, and trade-offs
Partner with engineering, data, and business teams to deliver measurable outcomes

Required

8+ years in software/data engineering with 5+ years in AI/ML architecture
Hands-on experience deploying AI systems to production

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Ability to explain why an AI approach is right, not just how to build it
