Responsibilities

Work closely with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure solutions meet high standards of security, functionality, and scalability

Lead the go-to-market strategy, product launch, and execution for ABS’s Cybersecurity Analytics solutions

Demonstrate a passion for aviation and technology

Navigate a matrix organization effectively

Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, clearly expressing technical concepts in both verbal and written forms

Be comfortable working with ambiguity and possess an entrepreneurial mindset

Drive innovation and change while embracing cultural and social differences of a geographically diverse team

Have deep domain knowledge of airline/aviation cybersecurity business processes

Possess a demonstrated product management background

Understand software development and cloud computing methodologies

Be highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously

Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to influence stakeholders throughout the organization

Maintain a balanced mix of technical and business skills

Be well-versed in aviation technology standards and solutions management methodologies

Ensure a cohesive product vision is created to communicate complex ideas and issues in simple terms to project teams, stakeholders, and customers

Enjoy interacting with customers, enterprise leaders, and other stakeholders to promote service offerings

Master the ability to drive innovative thinking, lead and inspire teams, instill collaboration, challenge the status quo, manage complex situations, and adapt to dynamic situations

Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, ISO, etc.) and industry best practices

Proven experience and skills in team building, especially in a matrix organization, time management, conflict resolution, briefing, presentation, and strategic thinking

Ability to navigate change and uncertainty, make defensible decisions in ambiguity, and own those decisions

Ability to collaborate with customers to understand their cybersecurity challenges, business objectives, and risk profiles to recommend appropriate ABS cybersecurity solutions

Ability to drive thought leadership and stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends, emerging threats, and innovations in analytics technologies

Experience with SIEM (Security Information and Event Management), threat hunting, and analytics platforms (e.g., Splunk, IBM QRadar, Elastic Stack, etc.)

Experience in threat intelligence, penetration testing, and vulnerability assessment

Identify industry trends and demonstrate thought leadership
