Administrative Client Associate
The Parr McKnight Wealth Management Group is an established wealth management firm dedicated to helping individuals and families with diverse financial needs. The Administrative Client Associate will engage with clients, support office operations, and collaborate with the Leadership team to ensure an outstanding client experience.
Responsibilities
Manage schedules, send reminders, and handle calendar communication
Welcome clients and visitors warmly, offering refreshments as needed
Politely answer calls, provide first-level service, and take detailed messages as needed
Keep office areas, including reception and meeting spaces, professional and tidy
Respond promptly to emails and professionally resolve issues
Update and maintain client data for scheduling, fees, and marketing
Contribute to team operational improvements
Maintain office and conference room supplies, ensuring readiness for meetings
Prepare and organize client files to meet compliance requirements
Process deposits, checks, ACHs, journal requests, and payments
Oversee and maintain office equipment, addressing issues as needed
Qualification
Required
Excellent customer service skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office
Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain complex topics simply
Preferred
Proficiency with CRM systems and financial software preferred
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field preferred
