Lead, plan, organize, staff, and manage all facility operations
Partner with the leadership team to execute business plan objectives and provide regular performance reporting
Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and safety management systems
Promote a strong, values-based culture through effective leadership and communication
Develop, coach, and evaluate leadership and staff performance
Maintain strong relationships with customers, regulators, and internal stakeholders
Collaborate with divisional and cross-functional leaders to drive operational success
Manage and review facility budgets and financial performance
Actively support and promote workplace safety, including hazard and incident reporting
Qualification
Required
Relevant degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum of 12 years of related leadership experience
