Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of site-level Project Managers supporting Magellan implementation across distribution sites
Communicate effectively across project teams. Listen actively and encourage open exchange of ideas and opinions. Manage stakeholder communication through project updates
Model and promote collaboration while working effectively across the program team and broader organization to achieve goals
Create a project plan with prioritized initiatives aligned with Magellan and site deployment goals
Drive results by acting with speed and agility while integrating and aligning efforts across multiple sites and functions
Take ownership of project execution and lead the team to meet or exceed commitments on product quality, budget, and timeline. Influence cross-functional teams to deliver successful outcomes
Address challenges and engage team members to develop effective solutions. Apply strong critical thinking and analysis to identify areas of opportunity or risk and implement proactive responses
Manage technical challenges related to manufacturing transfers and new product introductions; identify, communicate, and mitigate risks effectively

Required

Bachelor's degree required, preferably in STEM, Business, or Project Management
Minimum of 5 years' experience leading projects
Experience working with small and large cross-functional project teams
Proven ability to solve problems and execute within defined project timelines
Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Value Stream Mapping (VSM)
Must be willing and able to travel approximately 10%, including internationally

Preferred

Experience leading implementation projects within a supply chain environment
SAP knowledge
Strong communication, organizational, and execution skills
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships within project teams
Ability to lead courageously by confronting problems directly
Optimistic mindset and resilience in navigating uncertainty

Benefits

Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, among other relevant business or organizational needs.
Compensation for non-exempt (hourly), non-sales roles may also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
Compensation for exempt, non-sales roles may also include variable compensation, i.e., annual bonus target and long-term incentives (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
