Inventory Control Analyst

The Bay Family of Companies is seeking an Inventory Control Analyst to support purchasing and production efforts across multiple divisions. The role focuses on optimizing inventory turns, improving inventory accuracy, and reducing aged or obsolete inventory.

Responsibilities

Approves purchase orders

Creates part numbers, routes, and bills of material in Microsoft Dynamics 365

Manages item master and bill of material tables

Plans, coordinates, and analyzes physical inventories

Prepares monthly reports

Maintains vendor pricing records

Utilizes and trains Material Requirements Planning and production concepts

Develops and maintains product configurator software

Performs other related duties as required and assigned

Qualification

Advanced ExcelERP experienceMicrosoft Dynamics 365Analytical skillsCommunication skillsProblem-solving skillsWork independently

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in relevant field preferred

Advanced Excel experience

ERP experience, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong analytical skills

Solid problem-solving skills

Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet deadlines
