Identity Intelligence (I2) Analyst, Level 2
Strategic Resilience Group LLC is seeking an Identity Intelligence (I2) Analyst (Level 2) to support a 24/7 mission for USMC and DoD operations. The role involves analyzing identity-focused data to confirm and resolve identities, supporting watchlisting operations, and producing intelligence products for various customers.

Responsibilities
Analyze identity-related data and intelligence to help confirm, resolve, and track individuals of interest
Perform end-to-end analysis: triage, research, exploitation, assessment, and production of finished intelligence
Support watchlisting operations, including identity nominations, updates, removals, and responding to RFIs
Use mission tools and databases (including DONISIS and BI2R) to document cases and maintain accurate analytic records
Conduct facial recognition tasks (1:1 and 1:N comparisons), image review and enhancement, and basic metadata/geolocation support as needed
Review and exploit information from multiple sources (for example biometrics, documents, media, cellular exploitation, SIGINT, and all-source reporting)
Produce clear, well-written intelligence products and briefings for customers at different levels
Collaborate with mission partners across the intelligence community and law enforcement when required
Work in a fast-paced, shift environment to support time-sensitive operations
Qualification
Required
Active Top Secret clearance with TS/SCI eligibility
Hands-on experience in Identity Intelligence or identity-focused analysis (biometrics, biographic analysis, forensics, facial/image analysis, document/media exploitation)
Understanding of common I2 constructs and identifiers (EFT files, ORIs, TCNs, BIDs, and related biometric identifiers)
Experience supporting watchlisting (DoD or national-level) and working mission tickets or RFIs
Strong writing skills and experience producing intelligence products that meet analytic tradecraft standards (ICD 203/206/208)
Comfort working in a shift-based environment (24/7 operations)
Solid Microsoft Office skills and experience using government analytic systems and databases
Preferred
Experience supporting USMC, MCIA, or joint operational environments
Experience with DONISIS, BI2R, and biometric-enabled or facial recognition systems
Background integrating DOMEX, CELLEX, SIGINT, or forensic-enabled exploitation into analytic workflows
Experience training or mentoring analysts on I2 processes and tradecraft
