Human Resources Assistant
Pride Health is seeking a Human Resources Assistant to join their team at a hospital in Manhattan, NY. The role involves managing files, capturing data, and performing various administrative duties to support the HR department.
Responsibilities
Assistant files manager scan files organizing files capturing data on spread sheet, progress, Microsoft office, emails
Responsibilities include using Excel and Access, creating complex presentations using PowerPoint, creating charts and graphs using various database information
Other duties include assistance with training class scheduling, ensuring proper classroom setup, creating surveys, and performing general administrative duties such as answering phones, ordering supplies, and making travel arrangements
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma/GED
Experience with filing and organizing files
Experience capturing data on spreadsheets
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
Ability to create complex presentations using PowerPoint
Ability to create charts and graphs using various database information
Experience with training class scheduling
Ability to ensure proper classroom setup
Experience creating surveys
General administrative duties such as answering phones, ordering supplies, and making travel arrangements
Preferred
Experience with audits in files
