Develop and implement strategies to optimize warehouse efficiency and productivity
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate order processing and delivery
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements
Ensure compliance with all safety, security, and regulatory requirements
Lead and supervise a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback
Time management
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, transportation management, and materials management principles
Experience supervising a team of warehouse staff
