Talent Acquisition Manager - Market Research

Responsibilities
Serve as a go-to expert, resource, & guide for all-things talent acquisition (SOPs, insights, hiring manager training, candidate experience, reporting, etc.)
Provide full life cycle recruiting support, largely for senior-level hires, supporting our tech-industry teams
Work closely with hiring managers to determine ideal candidate profiles and sourcing strategies
Proactively source candidates through various methods including LinkedIn
Guide internal applicants through employee application process
Manage candidate expectations on salary and job requirements including pre-closing candidate offers
Maintain the applicant tracking system to ensure information is accurate and up-to-date
Respond to inquiries regarding benefits and corporate policies in a professional and timely manner
Work cooperatively and collaboratively with HR, Finance, and other business teams (Business Partners, Comp, Benefits, IT, etc.) through the hiring process
Report on recruiting activities and market trends on a regular basis
Foster relationships with top industry talent to develop a strong network, focusing on talent with exposure to tech clients
Leverage understanding of research roles/requirements and tech industry to identify ideal candidate profiles
Stay current and advise on industry trends and employment markets to recruit more effectively, particularly as it relates to pipelining talent supporting tech industry clients
Refine job descriptions and candidate selection criteria based on business needs, ensuring alignment with hiring managers
Maintain a steady pipeline of qualified candidates
Provide hiring teams with the information and guidance they need to make effective hiring decisions
Qualification
Required
7+ years' experience with full-life cycle recruiting in an in-house corporate environment (recruitment agency experience is welcomed but not required)
Strong exposure with LinkedIn Recruiter along with a strong pipelining strategy
Ability to navigate the Microsoft Suite of products and Applicant Tracking Systems (Oracle)
Ability to be a trusted adviser to your hiring managers and candidates
Excellent communication and follow-up skills with exceptional attention to detail
A passion and aptitude for working in a collaborative manner, while demonstrating clear expertise in attracting great talent
A strong team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
Strong project management and process-orientation as well as a high tolerance for ambiguity
Strong consultative skills and ability/willingness to constructively address and resolve challenges
Resourceful & capable of interacting confidently with all levels in the organization
Preferred
Prior experience or exposure to a research/market research/consulting/professional services environment highly preferred
Experience recruiting for highly analytical roles such as data scientists, data engineers as well as sales/account management roles in the research/consulting space is highly preferred
Prior experience either working within the tech industry or supporting tech industry clients is preferred, as having knowledge of how they operate will be useful
Established networking ability within the technology industry as it relates to research/consulting is preferred
Bachelor's Degree preferred
