Responsibilities

Shape and influence commercial planning, sales model design, and launch readiness that support scalable deployment
Drive long-range planning and multi-year sales transformation initiatives to improve efficiency and effectiveness across the sales organization
Develop actionable insights and strategic recommendations to address complex commercial opportunities and deliver optimal business value
Identify and lead process and operating model improvements using appropriate methodologies, metrics, and quantitative analysis
Build strong cross-functional partnerships across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Pricing & Contracting, Sales Training, and other internal teams
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior sales leadership by translating complex analysis into clear, actionable recommendations

Required

Bachelor's degree required

Demonstrated ability to influence outcomes and navigate ambiguity in a matrixed organization
Strong executive presence with the ability to distill complex concepts into clear strategic recommendations
Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

Experience within Boston Scientific, medical device, or healthcare industries
Prior focus in Sales Operations, Sales Strategy, or Commercial Excellence
Experience supporting sales transformation initiatives or enterprise-scale launches
