Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree + 5+ years in program management, leadership development, event planning, or nonprofit administration
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office; design tools (Adobe, Canva) a plus
Ability to travel statewide and work occasional evenings
