Responsibilities
Maintain effectiveness of merchandise flow, filling and presentation standards throughout the store and stock
Work three to four shifts per week, each shift being about four to five hours, with potential for more during peak seasons
Be required to work most Saturdays and some Sundays, especially during peak holiday seasons
Ensure customer experience is prioritized
Assist in store presentation and sales floor maintenance
Manage stockroom duties
Communicate effectively with team members and customers
Support asset protection and shrink initiatives
Adhere to company policies and procedures
Participate in training and development activities
