Responsibilities

Own the day-to-day operational management of wholesale accounts, including onboarding, account setup, and ongoing support
Convert Purchase Orders into accurate invoices and ensure contract terms, pricing, and agreements are adhered to
Manage inbound wholesale inquiries via Zendesk (Ticketing System), ensuring timely, professional, and thorough responses
Coordinate closely with Fulfillment and Quality Control to ensure accurate domestic and international order execution
Maintain accurate customer, order, and communication records across Zendesk, QuickBooks, and Zoey
Provide Fulfillment with all necessary shipping and documentation details
Proactively reach out to wholesale customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues before they escalate
Support product launches by ensuring accounts receive correct information, materials, and samples
Assist with upselling, cross-selling, and sample requests from an operational support standpoint
Participate in team meetings and represent the wholesale team at select marketing events and conferences (occasionally weekends)
Act as a key internal liaison, ensuring alignment between Sales, Operations, and Finance

Required

In-office position
Experience in sales operations, customer operations, account support, or wholesale account management
Strong written, phone, and in-person communication skills
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and follow-through
Comfortable working across multiple systems and managing operational workflows
Customer-oriented with the ability to adapt to different account needs and priorities
Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take ownership
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams

Preferred

Familiarity with the natural health or wellness industry is a plus
Alignment with and enthusiasm for healthy living and Global Healing's mission
