Responsibilities
Lead and deliver end-to-end project management for U.S. research projects, ensuring smooth execution from setup through data collection and completion
Oversee project operations, resource planning, timelines, and performance metrics
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team focused on consistent, high-quality project delivery
Build and manage strong relationships with external partners and vendors
Strengthen client relationships by providing consultative guidance and timely communication
Contribute to shaping U.S. operations as the team grows, identifying opportunities to strengthen processes and infrastructure
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical market research with strong knowledge of delivery and operations
Experience supporting qualitative and quantitative projects
Leadership experience in managing and developing teams
Excellent communication skills with the ability to problem-solve and build trusted partnerships
A growth-oriented, entrepreneurial approach and a passion for helping people succeed
