Responsibilities
Manage US/CAN payroll processing for multiple customers/entities, ensuring accurate and timely submission of employee information, deductions, overtime, bonuses, and payments
Maintain payroll systems and ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and tax regulations
Prepare payroll reports, reconcile discrepancies, and manage year-end reporting, such as W-2s and 1099s
Maintain payroll records and reports, addressing any discrepancies or employee inquiries related to compensation
Support the leadership team members on proper documentation, performance management, and engagement for their team
Provide guidance on compliance and other HR-related matters

Document training material and customer processes so that team member can help each other as needed
Qualification
Required
Able to register for State and Local Payroll Tax Accounts
Knowledgable in Rippling, Deel, ADP, Gusto and other payroll processing platforms
2 Yrs minimum experience in processing payroll
