Responsibilities

Develop and manage supplier contracts that enable delivery of required manufacturing capability and capacity in alignment with Magic Leap’s technology roadmap
Lead supplier contract strategy, negotiation, execution, and ongoing partner alignment to maximize value from Magic Leap resources
Establish and implement standardized contracting processes to ensure consistent terms and conditions across internal business partners
Own supplier delivery performance against capital expenditure (CapEx) plans, ensuring alignment with equipment supply and manufacturing demand

Required

Exceptional ability to work in a highly ambiguous environment with limited initial direction, consistently delivering successful, high-impact programs
