Responsibilities
Lead and review complex tax engagements for UHNW individuals, family groups, and real estate partnerships
Provide proactive and strategic tax planning for clients with multi-state, multi-entity, and investment-heavy profiles
Direct and mentor staff in a collaborative, low-stress environment where people actually enjoy working together
Manage client relationships—and build new ones—with a white-glove, service-first mindset
Partner closely with the firm’s leadership to shape processes, culture, and long-term growth
Qualification
Required
CPA license required
6+ years of public accounting experience with heavy exposure to HNW, complex individual taxation, Corporate and partnership returns
Strong technical and research skills; ability to navigate nuanced planning scenarios
Someone who values autonomy, communication, and strong client relationships
A relaxed, friendly professional who thrives in a casual, flexible environment
Preferred
Experience with family offices or entertainment/creative-industry clients
Comfort working hands-on in a dynamic boutique environment
Experience leading a team
