Data Analyst
The YWCA of Western Massachusetts is dedicated to eliminating racism and empowering survivors. They are seeking a Data Analyst to lead data management workflows for their Transitional/Rapid Re-Housing Program, ensuring compliance with various requirements and overseeing data entry into their management system.

Responsibilities
Lead data management workflows for the TH-RRH project
Ensure project staff effectively enters all HMIS data elements into the system
Ensure compliance with all agency federal, local, state and foundation federal funder requirements
Work with the YWCA's Data Management Supervisor on other AWARDS projects to ensure the YWCA's data is reliable and accurate
Qualification
Required
Bachelor?s Degree in Data/Business Analysis
Strong public speaking and training experience
Expertise in professional office software, including Microsoft applications Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
Demonstrated ability to prioritize, work independently as well as engage in collaborative work
High levels of accuracy and organization, and the necessity to meet deadlines working in a fast-paced environment
CPR and First Aid certification must be obtained within the Introductory Period
Must be able to be covered by the agency's insurance policy
Must be able to lift 40 lbs
