Responsibilities
Manage all accounting transactions (A/P, A/R, General Ledger)
Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings
Prepare and analyze Balance Sheets & Profit/Loss Statements
Reconcile bank accounts and vendor/customer statements
Support the submission of accurate reports allowing our external CPA to compute and prepare tax returns (e.g., Sales Tax, Business Income)
Assist with budgeting and financial forecasting
Invoice preparation and processing
Process payroll, inc. LST, and manage employee expense claims
Responsible for precise and timely invoice preparation and submission
Accurately record day-to-day financial transactions using accounting software, preferably with prior a good knowledge of QuickBooks online
Monitor expenses and track down occurrences of abnormal purchasing
Processing payroll and tracking payroll data

Maintain confidentiality and ensure data security
Qualification
Required
Min. 2 years of experience
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in accounting or finance preferred
Proficiency in accounting software ideally QuickBooks
Robust understanding of accounting principles and practices
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to analyze financial data and identify discrepancies
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for vendor and client interactions
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
